Place a flash about 5 to 10 feet directly behind your subject. Point the flash heads slightly up, not too much. Set you flash to 1/2 power or full power and set your camera starting around f4.5 1/200 and iso 100. Take A shot. Adjust the camera setting accordingly, raise the iso or slow the shutter down if the photo is too dark. If the photo is too bright, raise your f stop accordingly. Fire again.
